Deposit
A security deposit will be requested upon arrival of the customers:
- 2000 € for apartments lower than 120 SQM
- 4000 € for apartments from 120 to 220 SQM
- 6000 € for apartments over 220 SQM
Service fee: 10% + VAT

Furthermore, ski access is extremely convenient, as the St. Moritz Bad cable car is only five minutes away by car, providing a direct gateway to the vast ski area.
The ground floor hosts the main living area, an open and expansive space that invites togetherness.
Main Living Room: Enjoy comfortable sofas around a central fireplace, framed by panoramic views and enhanced by a curated selection of modern art.
Dining Area: Adjacent to the living room, an elegant dining area is integrated into the open-plan design, ideal for memorable dinners.
Kitchen: A fully equipped separate kitchen, complete with an additional breakfast table, offers a more intimate spot for gathering.
The property can accommodate up to fourteen adults and six children across its eight bedrooms, offering unmatched flexibility.
Top Level (Under the Eaves): A dormitory-style children's room with six single beds, its own living area, kitchenette, and en-suite shower room.
First Level (Master and Doubles):
Master Bedroom: A sanctuary with a lounge, kitchenette, dressing room, private balcony, and a spacious en-suite bathroom (separate bathtub and shower).
Four Additional Double Bedrooms: Two with en-suite facilities and two with separate private bathrooms.
Lower Ground Level: Two additional double bedrooms, both with en-suite amenities.

Deposit

Check-out: 10:00h
Minimum no of nights: A 7 night stay is preferred. Some properties will accept 4 nights if it fits between pre-existing bookings. Please enquire with our representative.
Cancellation Policy: Strict (all prepayments are non-refundable).
Payment Terms: 50% of rental price and service fee due upon booking. Remaining balance and security deposit due 60 days before arrival.
