This Chalet is one of Verbier's most impressive private homes. Sleeping a total of 10 adults and 2 children, the chalet is conveniently situated in the heart of the village but is discreetly hidden away in a quiet location. Its position on the edge of the Verbier plateau affords breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
The exterior of Chalet has been traditionally designed with the use of old wood in keeping with the local architecture. However, the interior blends modern art, beautiful artefacts and furniture with contemporary design to create the height of alpine chic. The chalet is set out over four floors and linked by both stairs and a lift. The main entrance of Chalet takes you into the 2nd floor where the elegantly furnished dining room and living areas are located. A separate kitchen is also located on this floor.
The ground floor is given over to the private Spa and entertaining areas. The spa has a beautiful pool, Hammam, sauna and gym with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Adjacent to the Spa is a bar area and cinema room. A small bedroom or massage room is also located on this floor with en suite facilities and a separate WC.
Stairs lead to the 3rd floor of Chalet , where the master double bedroom is located with en suite bathroom. A twin room with en suite bathroom is also located on this floor. A further room can be used as a study. Downstairs from the living room on the 1st floor there are 2 double bedrooms with en suite facilities as well as a further twin bedroom en suite and a kids bunk room.
Access to the large ski room with boot heaters is from this floor. The ski room opens into the garage with space to park 2 to 3 cars (this is shared with the chalet next door).
Prices are based on exclusive occupancy of the chalet for up to 12 guests and is offered with full staff services including a professional chef, chalet manager, hosting/housekeeper team and in-resort driver service. Food and drink are charged in addition, at cost price plus the local applicable VAT.
The property is also available on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping.
