A security deposit will be requested upon arrival of the customers:
- 2000 € for apartments lower than 120 SQM
- 4000 € for apartments from 120 to 220 SQM
- 6000 € for apartments over 220 SQM
Service fee: 10% + VAT
Luxury Chalet in St Moritz with 6 bedrooms for rent La PuntChamues-ch
This Engadin farmhouse, dating back to 1595, was renovated to create six superb apartments in the coveted resort of St. Moritz.
Situated in La PuntChamues-ch, a picturesque village located at the sun-drenched foot of the Albula Pass on the shore of the Inn River, this house is within easy reach of two ski areas: a ten minute drive to St. Moritz and a five minute drive to the Zuoz Family Ski area.
Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
Chalet, spread over three levels, can sleep 11 guests in six bedrooms with six bathrooms. The earliest wooden panels have been restored in the old “Stuvas” (living rooms with boiserie), while the antique barrel and cross vaults have been preserved, creating a spacious interior.
Entering the three-levelled chalet through a private doorway directly from the street, you step into the foyer of the apartment. In the large and light living room, with its original wood floor, sofas and large dining table, it is clear that only the finest materials have been chosen to keep the authentic historical character of this unique house. In the spacious kitchen with its stone floor, there is a table seating eight and a door opens to the garden, ideal for outside seating in summer.
In the renovation process, great care was taken to combine the initial architectural elements with the most refined contemporary luxuries. The TV room with original pine wood wall panelling reflects typical Engadin style while WiFi throughout brings you right back into the 21st century. Energy efficiency is obtained through a geothermal heating.
It can sleep 11 guests in the six bedrooms, two bedrooms on the first floor, one on the ground floor – the living area level – and three on the lower ground floor.
The bedrooms and bathrooms have been carefully planned to provide guests with four bedrooms containing en-suite bathrooms and two with separate shower rooms.
Four bedrooms have double beds, one has twin beds and the sixth bedroom has a single bed. Beautiful old wood, exquisite white linens and delicate touches of colour underline the sophistication of the bedrooms, while the bathrooms have the highest quality contemporary amenities and finishes.

Minimum no of nights: A 7 night stay is preferred. Some properties will accept 4 nights if it fits between pre-existing bookings. Please enquire with our representative.
Cancellation Policy: Strict (all prepayments are non-refundable).
Payment Terms: 50% of rental price and service fee due upon booking. Remaining balance and security deposit due 60 days before arrival.
